I don't like giving control over to the UCC even if one of our TOP
developers is on it. Clay suggested on IRC about having a team managing it,
I suggest having it like before (the kinda acting leader, in that case Jon
but in here Philip) then we can just change ownership if someone else takes
that "chair"
