The lose of registration/login/reset makes it harder to complete the
user experience we want for Answers. We want to allow a non-technical
user to come to accomplish a few tasks in their native language:
* Search for an answer
* Ask a question
* Answer a question
These last two points require a logged in user. It when Lp managed
identity to allow users to register/login/reset in their own language.
The profile page and links to answers need to be translated too.
There is no solution/infrastructure for translating email templates.
