Great :-)

At first I thought that we would want to migrate all the projects at
once, take 1 day and switch them all.
Now, it seems to me we can migrate them smoothly one per one,
according to the availability of the maintainers.
I edited the wiki so the process is now on a project basis (more easy
to grasp also I hope):

I am too. I think that we have to copy/paste these files
https://github.com/OCA/connector/pull/2/files + .gitignore
https://github.com/OCA/connector/pull/1/files
Am I right Sandy, do we have another thing to do?

Yes, and the last thing is to create the mirror branches on Launchpad
('Import a branch') and link the series to the mirror branches (there
is a topic on the wiki).
