the strange thing is, that the card is on:
$ lspci|grep -i vga
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core 
Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)
16:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Whistler XT [AMD Radeon 
HD 6700M Series]

i can change the busid in xorg.conf to "BusID       "PCI:16:0:0"" and i still 
get the same error message "fglrx: No matching Device section for instance 
(BusID PCI:0@22:0:1)"
