Updated those .jwmrc and .jwmrc~ files and logged out/logged in but still desktop shortcuts vanish.

Hey Jack,
I looked at it, and your jwmrc is a bit messed up.
save this attachment as ~/.jwmrc  AND ~/.jwmrc~
Then logout/login and see if that does a bit to help.
Can you also post what revision number you have.
apt show torios-desktop
