im not an expert but it seems to me the downside of hosting on someone's 
server in their bedroom
is that if torios goes viral
via a mention in a news site
then thousands will want to download
and the server in the bedroom will crash
or cost its owner lots of money
and torios will lose the new people.

Hence find a shared server which would cope with thousands of downloads
