The only part your script would need to check is the translated msgstr.
which is all it does check. just msgstr fields.
So I still think it is fine. Translators will translate. If they introduce errors, this find them.So far, all of the msgstrs in the po files in the repository are empty (save for the strings where you've injected the language code). --Kevin
