Yeah, it looks like tlmgr is complaining:

  Fundamental package texlive.infra not present, uh oh, goodbye
  Serious error, texlive.infra not found at /usr/local/bin/tlmgr line 4145.

When you finish reinstalling TeX Live, try the script again and see
what happens.
