Hey everyone,

Yet another update (catching up with the backlog;-)

The most noticeable changes, during week 30, include:

* Settings application:
- started shipping a gsettings schemas with the app, to store mostly 
panel states

* About:
- read the update date from the device, display "Never" if there is no 
update timestamp available (new installs)

* Background:
- store preferences in gsettings

* Cellular:

* Date&Time:
- new panel (UI)
- list locations
- get/set timezone through timedated

* Language
- new panel (UI)
- list languages
- set user language through accountsservice

* Phone
- new panel (UI)
- get carrier informations from qtsystems

* Security/privacy:
- new subpanel for whoopsie options

* Sound:
- updated the UI to the new design tweaks (list messages/keyboard/lock 
sounds)
- show the stop button only for the ringtone list (the other sounds are 
short enough that we don't need to stop those)

* Storage:
- get the disk's free space information from qtsystems
- store the applications' sorting preference in gsettings

* Updates:
- new panel (demo UI)
- connect the UI to system-images' dbus interface
- working panel, testable through mock, or on the real images

(We also did some UI tweaks and bugs fixing which are not detailed there)
