With the project almost ready to land, could we relax the "no 
regressions" policy for this particular landing?

The advantages I could see are:

  - get all eyes on the remaining blockers
  - start rebuilds and fixes earlier
  - stop maintaining a separate PPA for every single upload to the
    archive plus fixes for Qt5.2
  - unblock other projects/uploads

I realise that I'm not as involved in the discussions and decisions 
here, but I thought I'd raise the question anyway.
