Hey,
The issue is not been ignored or dismissed, we just have more
works/issues than we have engineers, so we need to work in priority
order. Note that bluetooth issues can be tricky because often they
require access to the material to debug. Bluetooth works correctly in
other car brands/models so it's not a case of bluetooth/car
communication not working at all there...
Some side comments:
- do you have a bug registered on launchpad about your issue? having a
place to discuss the problem and having it on the bugslist helps to have
it visible and increase the chances it's going to work on
- you might feel it's a security issue but it's not one coming from the
phone, it's only one if you decide that the device is unsuitable to your
usecase but decide to use it anyway. It might mean that in its current
version the phone is unsuitable for you though... but hopefully that get
resolved and you can enjoy it with a safe use in the futur
Cheers,
Sebastien Bacher
