AFAIK it was never stated this clearly before.
What is the plan for stable phone users?

Official Vivid support is supposed to end in January (9 months), so what
will happen if there is no migration to Wily?
Will Vivid support be extended or will phones directly migrate to 16.04
at the middle of its development?
