no, its also a matter of putting a lot of resources in ... while we
already have a way to control the music from the lock screen ...
I don't mind having controls in the circle, but then the indicator ones
should be disabled to not have two ways for the same task ... it is just
that we get the indicator ones for free and they will not cost any extra
work.
...while adding finer grained input control including the needed
security features in the greeter screen (and note we don't have a multi
user greeter yet on the phone ... this will get really complex then...)
will steal resources away from ... say better bluetooth functionality in
cars or shiny video streaming with the media player ...
while it is surely a shiny feature, we are still missing out so many
essential things ... yes, play/pause/next in the circle would be nice,
but what feature do we want to delay for this while we have functioning
controls in the indicator already ...
(after all it is just QML I bet a community contributed patch to add
these controls to the circle would be very appreciated *hint*
*hint* ;) ...)
