I very much agree, but I'm not sure how it could be added. What key 
would you use? My proposal was to use numbers in the scale views 
(super+w and super+numnum), and Alt+BAT. It would improve the keyboard 
navigation, I think, but it would still require two steps. That is; 
you'd press and hold Alt, tap BAT, press a number and release Alt. Not 
quite as powerful as super+num, but I still think it would be an 
improvement. We'd need some way to organize windows though.
