@Alex, I tried your option with Serra Leon database, at the first time it
more quicker and can do some actions. However, after several actions, may
be 2-3, I just navigated to dashboard, messages then moved to profile, the
response become slowly as so far. Seem the system hang up

And the Tomcat still take a lot of PC time about more 80% although my
Tomcat is fresh with only DHIS2 web
