[Bug 1214180] [NEW] Toshiba Portege Z935-ST4N03 will not suspend again after suspend/resume

Public bug reported:

After suspending my Toshiba Portege Z935-ST4N03 laptop once and
resuming, I am unable to suspend the second time. When I attempt a
second suspend, the suspend does not complete.

I have tried to suspend via right-clicking on the Power Manager applet, and I also tried (as suggested at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/SuspendResumeTesting):
sudo apt-get install checkbox
sudo bash /usr/share/checkbox/scripts/suspend_test --full

When running that script, the first time the computer suspended and
resumed itself, but the second time, the suspend didn't succeed. I
eventually hit the power off button and held it down until the computer
shut down, then rebooted. I got a "crash report" and attempted to report
an issue, but it didn't (as far as I can tell) actually send the data
anywhere, although I clicked Continue, so I am instead trying this
route.

I used the ubuntu-bug linux command to report this issue, so I am
assuming you will have some information... I will also attach the
results of lspci -vnvn

Further notes:
- This is a pretty new laptop so I have not previously installed a different working version of Ubuntu, so I cannot tell you when it stopped working or if it was ever working before, sorry!
- I will also try some steps from some of the kernel debugging pages and report back here.
