I hope you consider pushing the OpenGL rendering down the stack so it can be
used by all the Kicad applications not just PCBNew. You may want to check with
Torsten Hueter as he was working on this. Check out his kicad-gal repo on
launchpad to see what he has done already. Thanks for taking the time to help out.
