The worst part is all the bugs and comments get created under the
importing user.


I keep encountering some issues importing to github so it'll be a bit
before I showcase anything. Github has implemented some severe rate
limits on their API and even at a new issue per 2 seconds it bans my
IP. So i need to make it even slower.
