Ali, I was checking this:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/tech-specs.html

And, you don't have the minimal requirements to play with flash... (512MB
of RAM; 128MB of graphics memory)

Did you tried the the free flash plugin? You might want to try and check if
you have better results...
