The thing is that the message comes from the GNU libc library that's
used by, well, everything really.  So either there's a big chunk of the
Linux world that's not being translated, or there's something I'm
missing.  Given the number of smart people working on that project, I'm
inclined to believe it's me.  If translations really aren't available
and should be, then I definitely agree we should report it as a bug.
