I have been working on the 'autologin' issue in the ISO, and now have a fully working version!!  I will port the changes over to the firstrun/common tasks dialog and continue to look into the issues with installing things commonly.  The issues were mostly due to checking for a single release (jessie) as opposed to checking for "Debian" or "Ubuntu".

All in all I hope to update the ISO soon, and give you something to test again.
