Ardour sucks, too. :P

Speaking as someone in the music industry and someone who has migrated
entirely to Linux to continue sound processing and music editing there,
Ardour is a joke, if only because it relies on JACK to work normally (at
least, in my experience before i swore it off a small bit ago). Jokosher
is so gimped, it's useless to anyone trying to actually make music.
Interestingly enough, LMMS is the only other pro-tools type solution I
use regularly in addition to Audacity (how do we feel about LMMS here?)

BUT, as presentation has to be key, I would have no problem opting to
port the sounds from the actual Audacity project and use one of those
programs for the visual prettiness of it.

Thanks for all the feedback, y'all. Am I sensing a bit of interest in
this little idea of mine? ;)
