Re: Landing QtCompositor plugged into Mir

 

Hi all -
just a quick follow up.

First, if you performed some testing thank you! All of the feedback has
been useful and looks like we are in really good shape. With that being the
case, yesterday we started the process of reviewing the MP's & preparing to
change this from a testing silo into a landing silo. Estimate it will take
a couple of days to address all the comments & get the MP's in an approved
state.

Second, don't forget, especially if you add this PPA to your desktop to
remove it - otherwise after we land, who knows what you'll get from that
silo if you simply update.
We are still in silo6 and will continue updating review comments, making
optimization etc, so you do want to keep following until we land you are
more than welcome...just don't forget to remove your ppa references after
we land :)
