[Bug 533269] [NEW] External display not working

Public bug reported:

I'm testing Lucid Alpha 3, and the external monitor stop working.

It is detected in the "Monitors" configuration dialog, but it looks like
no signal is send to the external monitor.

I'm testing on a Thinkpad Z60m, with Ati X300 video card.

The monitor was working with Ubuntu 9.10
