This is an interesting point but beyond the scope of this list. The
problem exists regardless if the user is using NotifyOSD or the
vanilla notification-daemon.

It is something to be discussed with the Empathy devs (and Pidgin
devs, and Gajim devs, and aMSN devs, and Emesene devs, etc.)
