I don't think it makes sense even for general words due to a question
of coherence: CNN offers contents in english, spanish and few other
languages.
If I can't understand english it makes no difference to see
"Categorie" instead of "Categories" or "Ultime Notizie" instead of
"Latest News" when the rest of the content it's still in english. On
the other side if I watch CNN because I can understand english I may
find confusing (even ugly) to read some words in my language since I
know it's in english and I expect to see all in english, as I expect
to see all in spanish if i want to watch the CNN spanish channel...
IMHO
