Mind you, I'm not "the PPB" or kicking anybody out. Just saying that the
PPB is tasked to define what an OpenStack core project is. It may lean
towards Swift vision of a collection of fully-independent projects, and
that's fine by me. It may lean the other way, which is also fine by me.
If any of those ways is unacceptable for any given project, that project
has the possibility to walk out...
