No. Right now, in case unity should crash it will be restarted
automatically. Previously running apps however could still stick
around (as unity isn't their parent process) and could end up spinning
with 100% CPU usage. The user would then see unity as it would be
freshly booted without noticing those headless apps using up CPU/battery
.

After the proposed fix, in case of unity crashing/restarting, any
previously running app will be taken down too. So visually you
shouldn't see any difference than before, but those headless running
app processes won't be around any more hence not draining the battery
any more.

We will keep on searching for the cause why unity crashes as that
really shouldn't happen in the first place.
