The tutorial screens come out slowly over time now.  The top edge hint
shows after 30s, if you haven't used the top panel yet.  The right edge
hint shows if you have a few apps open and you haven't used the right edge
yet.  The bottom edge hint shows up when you launch Phone, Messaging,
Contacts, or Calculator.
