We have been humble - we put in a lot of work to make the HUD read
existing menus.

However, in order for the HUD to be fully expressed, app developers are
going to have to take advantage of it. It's looking great on the phone,
and I think it's going to be the case that app developers who want users
to have a fantastic experience have to express that experience. We've
made it easy for them to do that, but we can't magically read their
minds, only the menus :)
