That indeed proves what I'm talking about is correct. The problem with the
video not anything else. But, to address this issue correctly, is it a
Flash Issue? A Video Card issue that is too weak to handle it? what exactly
is going on? just curious and I'd like to understand what is happening.

By the way, let's NOT forget that when you 'download' that Flash Video and
watch it 'locally' on your machine via a program like 'VLC', then it is
totally different. Definitely, the performance won't be the same. Playing
Local File is not like playing it on other resources. The machine will
handle the browser, the protocol, the internet connection, the video, etc
etc.

We are in 2013 so a Browser nowadays is not like what we used to 10 years
ago. Everything and everyone nowadays are tending to use All-in-One
device/technology.
