Found a small bug;

If dev teams exist, the first time you go to the admin panel, the number of
members per team will be listed independently above the actual teams.

The fix for this is to put
devName.clear(); on line 102 at the top of showDevTeams();

However you can see the correct view simply by refreshing the page.
