OK, it works... It was my fault.

The file in /etc/modprobe.d must be called i915.conf
Now I can modify the brightness using the KDE slide.

Wow! My eyes send greetings to you buddies!
Now it would be great to get the Fn keys working...

Even the screen resolution is now perfect.
