Thanks for your honest feedback, and your encouragement to keep 
improving :) We are definitely focusing on improving the quality of 
service, with more than 50% of the team allocated to making the service 
run better rather than working on new features. I've been pleased that 
so many people have been able to use and benefit from Ubuntu One, but we 
definitely understand and accept your feedback that it hasn't been as 
stable as it should be. I'm confident we'll be able to make things more 
stable and reliable. Improving quality of service is the single biggest 
focus for the Lucid dev cycle.
