Dear Tero,

Your recommendations regarding noapic and nolapic (only both at 
once)*work better*. At least I got no any freeze yet (8 hours). Usually 
before I was getting 1-2 freezes at hour.

The unpleasant side effect of this that kernel options is that now 
system uses only one of two my core2duo CPUs.

I will check for the stability more while I will try to understand 
whether such behavior correct (1 core usage).
At least this may be a kind of semi-solution.
