After testing on many versions of Ubuntu, I realized something.  There are
many things that are not compatible with GTK version 2.16 (i.e. Ubuntu
9.04).  Many screens throw error messages, and don't work.  So, I think it's
best we say goodbye to Ubuntu 9.04 support, unless someone wants to spend a
lot of time fixing the regressions.

And, Ubuntu 9.10 and higher (Karmic, Lucid, and Maverick) can all use the
PPA to install from.  So, I am going to work on the "Download" page a bit to
remove these older, unsupported versions (or maybe just add a note, and
leave the links to the older version of OpenShot).
