About the पूर्ण विराम, I don't know who is in charge of handling the Hindi
Wx and Hindi Bolnagari keyboard layouts, but if we could add or edit the
character to make a shorter |, then that would be excellent. Also, it would
have to be mapped to the . key, because that is the most intuitive key to
press.

You can make your suggestions on the document, because here, there is a
danger of suggestions getting lost in a flood of messages.
