Re: Guidelines for translations

 

With people tending to favour the use of ॉ मात्रा and "|" over ".", I see
no resolution other than modifying Hindi Wx. I have no experience in this,
but if anyone in the group is in contact with those are in charge of that
project, could they please propose that "." on the Hindi Wx keyboard (Hindi
Wx *is* default on Hindi Ubuntu, right? If not, perhaps we could discuss
that) be replaced by a more elegant पूर्ण विराम. Since "." is still needed
for decimals, perhaps we could shift it to where "|" currently sits?
